Give your Goodreads export somewhere beautiful to live
Your Goodreads CSV → a warm, shareable shelf with covers, in about two minutes. Here's exactly how.
Paste up to 5 titles — no signup needed to preview.
Goodreads lets you export your entire library as a CSV file — every book, rating, and shelf. Most people never do anything with it. Here's the something: import it into DigitalShelf and get a beautiful shelf at your own link.
How to export from Goodreads: go to My Books → Import and Export (left sidebar) → Export Library. Goodreads emails you a CSV. Then create your DigitalShelf, open the admin panel's bulk import, and upload the file.
Everything carries over
Titles and authors are matched against Open Library and Google Books for covers. 4–5 star ratings become starred favourites. Your read/currently-reading/to-read shelves become shelf status.
StoryGraph exports work too
Migrated to StoryGraph already? Its CSV export imports the same way.
Review before saving
You see every matched book with its cover before anything is saved — fix mismatches, swap covers, skip junk.

Common questions
How do I export my library from Goodreads?
On desktop: My Books → Import and Export → Export Library. Goodreads generates a CSV and emails you a download link. It usually takes a couple of minutes.
What if a book matches wrongly?
The import shows a preview of every match. Click any cover to choose an alternative, edit the title, or skip that row before saving.
Is there a limit?
Imports run in batches of 50 — a few passes covers even a large library.
